PointeWatch was born out of necessity. We love our small, gated East Memphis community and value both the safety and sense of belonging it provides. With a long-standing, year-to-year near-zero percent crime rate, our neighborhood has thrived not only because of location, but because of engaged homeowners who care about transparency, accountability, and one another.
For us, the value of community is as important as the value of our homes. PointeWatch was created to preserve direct, homeowner-to-homeowner access to information and dialogue without interference. It is a space where neighbors can share updates, ask questions, and stay informed in the way many of us have come to expect and deserve.
Leadership exists in all of us. Every homeowner has a voice, and each of us can show up in our own way. PointeWatch is our way of demonstrating that homeowners will remain informed, engaged, and heard.
This is a homeowner-run site designed to help neighbors introduce themselves, highlight important issues, and share community-relevant information. The site will provide access to documents, financial information, discussion forums, and other resources intended to support informed participation.
Civil discussion and disagreement are welcome, provided they remain measured and non-hostile. As long as that standard is met, all homeowners are welcome to participate.
